Shipping and Delivery Policy


As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to process the order.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Please note due to the high demand we currently have dispatch may take betwee 2 to 5 business days. 

Tracking

Local numbers are provided a few days after dispatch. Our international warehouse allows us to offer Free Shipping to our customers and keep products at great pricing. As we ship internationally, local tracking numbers are only provided a few days after dispatch. Your order would have been dispatched however we would need to wait a few days for our couriers to provide local numbers. 

Local Tracking numbers become active once the item hits the destination country for most countries so don’t worry if you haven’t received your number yet or if there's no change in status. Your order would have been shipped but your tracking is only active once it hits your local postal office


Delays

US customers: USPS has informed us of severe delays in regional offices due to decreased customs clearance staff, and COVID measures in certain regions. We are not responsible for delays due to third party carriers such as USPS. Delays can be up to 3-4 weeks for US packages unfortunately due to the growing pandemic in USA. We ask you to wait patiently in this time as tracking would clearly show the package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of USPS. 


Delivery Times

Standard Delivery varies by country. US orders are 4-8 business days. UK orders are 4-6 business days. Canada orders 8-10 business days. Australia orders 6-8 business days. EU orders are 4-10 business days. Other countries are usually 2-3 weeks. These are working days after dispatch.

Shipping Process

We require between 2-5 working days on average to dispatch your order depending on stock availability. 

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners' locations.

 
Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once made as they are processed immediately to our international warehouse but please contact us immediately via hello@studiosodadesigns.com if you wish to cancel an order and we will try and change any details before the order is dispatched. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Thank you

We refuse to assist if the package arrives at the destination country and

- The customer refused to accept the package.

- The number of attempts to deliver the package to the customer is failed.

- According to the shipping department, the order shipping status indicated that the package was delivered to the address that the customers provided

StudioSoda reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

StudioSoda is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

Our Delivery Guarantee

If you have purchased anything on Studiosoda but didn’t:

    • Receive the right products or sizing, or
    • Receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.

  • However, we can’t give you full refund under the following circumstances:

    1. Your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example: you provided us the wrong shipping address), or
    2. Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of StudioSoda (for example: not cleared by customs, a tornado or other natural disasters, pandemics), or
    3. Your order has been placed at a discount or within a sale. In this case you can still swap your order amount for other products.
