Our boutiques’ returns policy means you have 14 days from receipt of the product to let us know you want to return an item, and a further 14 days to return the product directly to the boutique for a refund, subject to the exclusions outlined below

If you have purchased your product and paid for shipping, the shipping cost are not refundable.
A 20% restocking fee and resaitization fee is applicable on all voluntary returns, customer requested cancellations and or fraudulent transactions.
Damaged or lost orders will receive a full replacement.
STUDIOSODA will accept, for store credit or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 14 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation under the following conditions:
• There is no visible signs of wear and tear
• No tags or bubble inserts or other inserts have been removed
• Item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unscuffed and in same condition
• New Merchandise in its original condition
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.
What products can't I return to StudioSoda?
The below are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
- Perishable products such as food, plants, perfumes and toiletries
- Personal products sold with a hygiene seal where that seal has been broken e.g. earrings, underwear and swimwear
- Personalised products and products made to order
- Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or tags or is returned in an unsaleable condition. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged. A 20% re-packaging and re-cleaning fee is also deducted from refunds/ returns as new guidelines due to Covid indicate that items used must be re-packaged and re-sanitized to minimise any risk. It also partly covers warehouse costs that must be paid to third party warehouses that must re-package and re-clean products as we pay a 20% surcharge for every item returned. We hope you understand that these are new procedures we ensure due to Covid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, you have up to 2 days upon receipt to do so. If damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send us any photographic evidence to help us identify the issue and we will aim to resolve it as soon as possible. The buyer has up to 14 days to ship the item back to us, we suggest using a tracked returns method to avoid the item getting lost in the post.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased in a SALE are non-refundable or returnable. Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note all returns must be made to our UK store address. A 20% restock and repackaging fee is charged. Purchasing from our store means that you accept these terms in the case of a return. Please ensure that all original packaging is provided and the shoes are protected from damage by postage. A tracking number should be provided with all returns to prevent any lost postage.
Voluntary Returns require a 20% restocking and re-sanitization fee in accordance with new COVID regulations for items of clothing that all businesses must now abide by.
Cancellation & Order Change Policy
The buyer is responsible to make sure that the shipping and order details are correct. To provide quick shipping, our fulfillment centre is processing orders immediately hence we cannot cancel any orders once done. Please ensure you are certain of your order.
Therefore, after placing an order, normally we are unable to cancel or change your order information.
If you would like to change or update your address, please contact us and we'll see what we can do however we will not be able to offer a refund if the address placed is incorrect. Many times the item is returned to sender and once we receive the item we can issue a refund when in the UK. US return to sender items are usually destroyed and we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect US addresses.
Wrong address disclaimer:
Please note that if an incorrect address has been provided the order will be shipped to the provided address and we are not responsible for that. We are not willing to provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer or for lost packages. Any international orders/ items that are marked as 'RETURN TO SENDER' due to incorrect address will not be refunded as international orders are not shipped back however destroyed by all postal carriers unfortunately. Lost or Stolen Packages Marked as Delivered
Our free worldwide shipping option offers insurance for packages in transit (i.e. if they are lost in transit) however does not cover lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. If your tracking number indicates your package was delivered however hasn't been received, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier to see if they can provide you with any additional information regarding your item(s) whereabouts.
Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. Studiosoda does everything necessary to prevent customers from paying excess fees and thats why we even send large orders separately however it does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
